The Scrum Master will be responsible for developing an agile based SDLC/APLC for a project team consisting of development resources, content authors, and marketing partners in the implementation and maintenance of Main Line Health's consumer experiences, including MainLineHealth.org. This person will be a part of the Digital Engagement team reporting to the Director of Digital Experience. They will be responsible for the coaching/mentoring of existing development managers/leads on this methodology as it is implemented and used during the project life cycle. They will work collectively with IT and business staff to build out the capabilities to drive a best-in-class digital consumer experience.

Position: Scrum Master
Shift: 40hr/wk

Experience:
Required Experience
• 3 years of experience working with Agile
• Prior experience leading project teams/Scrum teams.
• Experience working in agile technologies to track work (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience leading web design project in Sitecore
• Prior experience in healthcare

Education:
Bachelor's degree required

Licensures/Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (preferred)
