Member Service Representative

Maine Media Federal CU is a member-owned financial cooperative created in 1935 for the purpose of providing additional value and financial options to its membership. The chosen candidate will become an advocate for our membership and will assist membership accomplishing all objectives associated with the People Helping People philosophy.

The preferred requirements are as follows:

• The part-time position will work 20-25 hours a week in our South Portland location with optional shifts of 10 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday, or Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30 -4:30.
• 1-2 years Member Service experience preferred but
• Will provide training and education to the ideal candidate who is a great cultural fit, even if there is no experience in the financial industry

• A strong knowledge of internet and Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate and cross-service CU products
• Acquire strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player who is self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented/multi-tasker
• Kind, caring and passionate about helping others
• Actively participating and contributing within your local community
• High-school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
