INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIST

As an Instructional Strategist, you will deliver measurable results in improving student performance by facilitating work collaboratively with teachers to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
The overarching goals of this position include:
- Work closely with school leaders to implement instructional vision and strategic goal-setting at the school level
- Serve as a school-based content, curriculum, planning, and assessment expert devoted to enhancing instructional performance on an individual, group, and school-wide level
- Deepen the impact of teachers through dedicated professional development (PD) and focused coaching initiatives
- Support teachers through resource sharing, strategic guidance, and hands-on modeling and instruction
- Establish and maintain a culture of collaboration with teachers and fellow instructional strategists to collectively enhance and amplify effectiveness
- Serve as a district leader in our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at the school, classroom, and curriculum levels
- Make data-driven decisions to identify prioritized groups, grade/content areas, teachers, and students in need of targeted support

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
