Assistant Teller Supervisor (Credit Union)-Immediate opening

Maine Savings Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in eastern Maine has an immediate opening for an Assistant Teller Operations Supervisor at our branch in Ellsworth, Maine. This is a full time 40 hour position assisting the Teller Operations Supervisor (TOS) with operations and management of up to four tellers.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities.

Assists the TOS to ensure Teller operations are performed efficiently, effectively, professionally, and according to established policies and procedures.

Major duties include:

• Ensures Teller functions are performed in accordance with established polices and standards

• Ensures security procedures are followed. Monitors and enforces Teller drawer limits. Buys and sells cash from Tellers as needed.

• Assists the TOS with Teller operations by assigning duties, monitoring workflow, scheduling lunches and breaks, and approving time off requests.

• Maintains the highest member service standards through coaching, mentoring, and training staff as needed.

• Assists the TOS with staff scheduling to ensure quality service and response time.
