Consumer Lending Officer
The Consumer Lending Officer builds relationships with Members, engaging them via multiple channels including Online Lending, Indirect Lending, Collections, and Residential. This role will review, analyze, process, and close incoming credit applications for all types of consumer and residential loans originated through both direct and remote channels along with dealerships.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, team oriented, positive thinker with a desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of three to five years of similar or related experience; practical knowledge and understanding of consumer lending regulations, Truth in Lending (Reg Z) and ECOA; and a thorough understanding of open-end and closed-end consumer lending, secured and unsecured requirements, credit life and disability insurance, vehicle title and UCC requirements. Also required are strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff, members and dealerships; professional appearance; solid work ethic; reliable attendance; work accuracy and an ability to be detail oriented. A high school diploma or GED is required.
