Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an extremely organized, friendly, and sincere Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service by taking appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established by the organization.
• Ensure that apartments are ready for occupancy by performing various and as needed electrical, plumbing (advanced)., carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and other miscellaneous equipment maintenance and repairs. Make-ready also includes painting the apartment, and overall apartment cleaning or other activities, as necessary.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace and ensure they are organized and in proper working order, request replacements as necessary and assist in stocking the inventory.
• Be available for rotating on-call.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be versed in plumbing, electrical, flooring and carpentry.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team.
• Must provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
• Spanish speaking candidate a plus!

Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a benefit but not required.

Base pay range

$23/hr – $28/hr
