What are the responsibilities and job description for the REMOTE WELLNESS position at Making Memories?
We are looking for individuals with customer service experience and people skills. A driven individual who needs little supervision while working remotely, not easily distracted. We are looking for those who can work independently but be a team player with skills to foster continued growth and high morale.
Sales and marketing experience is not required but a bonus.
Individuals must be willing to train to work with our vendors to follow vendor protocols. Training is provided.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Arrange transportation for businesses, sports teams, vacations, Weddings and more.
- Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans.
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips.
- Book reservations for transportation, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons.
- Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, theme park tickets.
- Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to work in the US (USA BASED COMPANY).
- Must have a reliable computer or smartphone.
- Must be coachable and trainable.
- Must have reliable internet.
- Must have a basic understanding of social media.
- Basic computer and basic Google Work Space skills.
