Nine weeks of night shift 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM with a half-hour unpaid lunch
Sunday - Thursday night

The Mallard Group seeks experienced individuals to fill Installer roles in Mansfield, TX.

Installer

• Must have a vehicle
• You must have a phone
• Must have own tools (Tool bag/case, cordless impact driver with magnetic screw bits and nut driver bit sets, step bit set, drill bit set, dead blow hammer, claw hammer, rubber mallet, 3/8” drive, ratchet set up to 3/4”, standard wrench set up to 3/4”, 25’ tape measure, flat and pry bar, utility blade, screwdriver set)
• Must be able to read, understand, and utilize multiple Bills of Material (BOMs), Installation Directives, and Technical Drawings (Fixture Layouts, Signage, Overviews, Floor plans, etc.)
• Responsible for adhering to all safety guidelines GC, Target, Superintendent, and Project Managers set forth - typically including maintaining safe & clean workspace(s), familiarizing oneself with and complying with ADA standards, and wearing PPE at all times. Responsible for reporting safety violations to the Lead and Superintendent.
• Heavy equipment operating a plus (Forklift, Sky Trac, WAV, Box Trucks)
• Must be able to meet physical demands, including lifting to 50lbs, frequently for 8 hours with reasonable accommodations for disabled individuals.

*Must be able to acquire all tools within 2-3 weeks of employment and project start

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mansfield, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
