Malloy Ford is currently accepting applications for the following positions in the Accounting office:
Human Resources, Payroll, Inventory, DX, billing, data entry and filing clerks.
Each position holds separate duties which include the following:
Processing payroll and maintaining HR records; posting factory invoices; posting auction and outside purchases; processing and posting DX paperwork; posting deals; submitting extended warranty and ancillary products; processing daily deposits; cleaning schedules; data entry; filing/scanning and general office duties.
Pay will be based off knowledge and experience.
Dealertrack DMS is recommended but not required.
1 year Automotive Accounting is required.
Microsoft office (word and excel) knowledge is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
