Social Media Manager

Malouf is seeking a Social Media Manager to manage one of our top-selling online brands social presence. This individual would be a proactive, strategic marketing thinker, who knows how to engage and grow our social media audience. We are looking for a creative and motivated candidate with great interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter and quick learner.  Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage social presence on all relevant platforms (with focus on Instagram, Facebook, & Pinterest)
• Coordinate with Graphic Design, Photo, and Copy teams to gather brand supportive imagery and write/create compelling posts to build brand and drive web traffic.
• Increase followership and engagement through various strategies (e.g. giveaways, collaborations with influencers, events, etc.)
• Track analytics and make recommendations for program improvement.
• Field customer service inquiries through our social channels.
• Identify, coordinate, and execute collaborations with influencers.
• Monitor social media for brand mentions and customer service inquiries.
• Keep up with social media trends and stay educated on changes with social media algorithms.

Qualifications and Skills

REQUIRED:

• 1-2 years previous experience managing social media platforms/campaigns
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest experience required

PREFERRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or similar field
• 2+ years previous experience managing social media platforms/campaigns
• Experience with influencer marketing
• Facebook ad experience
