Authentic Italian Cuisine. He/she should be presentable, friendly, smiling, prepare the dining area, effective communication, seat the guests, bring dishes, clean tables, upsell wines and deserts, encourage guests to come back, hand out take out or delivery food and be able to handle constructive criticism and high stress situations, and everything else that is necessary for the perfect functionality of the dining area.
