What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rigger - Crawler Crane Services position at MAMMOET?
Responsible for preparing and handling of (auxiliary) equipment required lifting, transportation and movement of the load, by securing the load and job site, installation and (dis)assembling material, guiding the operator through signaling and (radio) communication in line with available work standards and instructions, to ensure the assigned work is carried out safely and effectively.
Primary Duties:
- Assist in determining proper method of lifting equipment for each assigned project.
- Conducts basic loading of heavy lift projects by rigging Crane equipment and ensures proper use of each equipment method
- Operates forklift(s) to move equipment to and from work areas.
- Properly loads trucks and trailers for assigned projects.
- Provides input for daily work sheets for each project.
- Other duties as assigned by Crane Department Manager, Operations Manager (Branch) or Crane Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the proper equipment is utilized to conduct rigging and lifting evolutions
- Ensure all rigging and lifting evolutions are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed in accordance with Mammoet standards for each project.

Typical Education & Experience
- Secondary education
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical or transport environment
- (Safety) training and certification requirements
