A little about this position:

  • Supervises the ticket staff on a daily basis.
  • Tasks include making daily work schedules, assisting the ticket cashiers when needed, providing backup as necessary.
  • Trains cashiers on proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Assists in the daily balancing of all ticket windows as well as assist sin the daily reporting of cash receipts.
  • Organizes nightly bank drops.

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year of cash handling and/or supervision of ticket cashiers.
  • Prior knowledge of ticketing systems.
