Job Purpose:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for the orchestration of daily operations and management of the Office of the CEO. The EA is responsible for complex calendar management, extensive travel management, meeting, and conference management. Must be well organized, possess outstanding administrative skills, and be able to communicate professionally with senior level executives. The position involves a high degree of confidential information. The role will support several members of the senior executive team with a wide variety of tasks including extremely complex and ever-changing calendar management, travel coordination, meeting and event preparation and support. The Executive Assistant should be comfortable with taking responsibility for all aspects of support. You will be adept at relationship management both internally with the team and externally. The EA should be ruthlessly organized with an unflappable ‘can do approach’, sense of humor and killer eye for detail as you will have to juggle numerous tasks.
