Applicants of all ages given equal consideration. Our hourly pay rate is $17-$22 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week which includes availability on rotations. No prior leasing or sales experience necessary. Learn to introduce the prospective resident to view apartments. The interiors sell themselves. Know the many extraordinary amenities (most properties) and they also sell themselves. No rental bonuses. Continuity of employment is essential for a career in the multifamily business. For over 50 years, Management Support has privately owned, developed and managed its own portfolio of luxury Class A and B multi-family apartments with extraordinary amenities. In Texas, properties are in Austin, San Antonio and the greater Dallas area including Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Lewisville, McKinney, Plano and Richardson. In Arizona, properties are in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix and Scottsdale. We currently own and manage approximately 13,500 units including our properties under construction. We have 63 acres of land in Gilbert to be developed with about 1300 units. We are dedicated to providing our residents an outstanding living experience including the highest level of resident service without deferred maintenance. We are looking for an organized and responsible individual who takes pride in their work.
Payroll is every 2 weeks with required deductions, direct deposit to your checking account.
