PRIMARY PURPOSE
Supports the Information systems team in Business Continuity, Project Management and Reporting needs of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Continuity
- Support and assist in business continuity and disaster recovery efforts to include but not limited to coordinating business unit meetings, assist in document creation and maintaining, disaster recovery exercises and report on the status of individual business continuity efforts to the Business Continuity administrator.
- Assist in maintaining the Business Continuity Program, including but not limited to the Business Continuity Policy and Plan as well as other policies and documentation included in the BC Program.
- Support and assist in the planning and execution of disaster recovery exercises. Coordinate with internal lines of business, and Information Technology Services (ITS) when applicable, dates, times, and scenarios of the tests. Assist in the development, resolution, and publishing of action plans and lessons learned from these exercises.
- Create documentation and procedures as needed or required. Complete tasks, report milestones and statuses in a timely fashion.
- Support in maintaining the Business Continuity Software to include following up with Business Lines for necessary information needed within the Software.
- Be responsible for collecting and documenting information required for the Board of Directors and/or auditors, when needed.
IT Support / Systems Administration
- Assist with the administration, support, and monitoring of Critical business systems.
- Assist in tracking system issues, responding to questions and support requests.
- Assist in the necessary steps to improve production support, implementing preventative measures and ensuring status updates are provided to those impacted.
- Be the backup contact for administrative activities, to include add, delete, and update users, system rights, account parameters and system processing updates.
- Assist with new strategies and procedures to increase efficiency and enhance workflow.
- Assist with responding to help desk requests and user issues when needed.
- Assist in Enterprise Content Management primarily with our Nautilus and EOM applications as well as other applications as needed.
- Assist in User Access Reviews with Business Units.
- Assist with End user technical training of systems as needed.
Project Management – IT Assist
- Assist in defining project schedules, identifying resources and monitoring progress.
- Assists in documenting project issues as well as keeping track of statuses and resolution of these issues.
- Create and manage the project documentation and meeting minutes for projects that are in progress.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- 2-4 years’ experience at a bank or other financial institution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment. Sitting for long periods of time. Daily use of wrists, hands, and fingers to use computer and telephone. Ability to hear and speak clearly for gathering and giving simple to complex information.
