Manatawny Manor is now hiring for the personal care unit a full-time Clinical Service Manager (LPN)

The Clinical Service Manager (LPN) is responsible for the intake and admissions of new patients and overseeing the med-techs in Personal Care.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of patient care services.
  • Ensure all medical records and other care-related documentation are up-to-date.
  • Oversee the department’s compliance with legal guidelines, policies and quality standards.
  • Develop work schedules for all employees.
  • Aptitude for resolving administrative issues and conflicts.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CLINICAL SERVICE MANAGER/LPN:

  • Must have an active Certification as an LPN
  • Previous experience required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
