Manatt s Plant Managers are accountable for the safety of everyone at their facility, striving every day to enable all Manatt s employees to achieve their goals and responsibilities, while ensuring they feel valued. A Manatt s Plant Manager is accountable for the people stationed at the plant—building and serving their team; the customer experience of everyone served by the plant—meeting the quality and service expectations of our customers to the smallest details and ensuring Manatt s Ready Mix is the first choice for our customers and potential customers; and the performance and operation of the plant, including its condition and cleanliness. A Manatt s Plant Manager is always accountable for everything and everyone at his/her plant.
Qualifications:
- Previous Ready Mix Plant experience preferred.
- Class A or B Commercial Driver s License is preferred.
- Strong customer relation skills.
- Current DOT Physical
- Acceptable driving record
