A Company in Holmes County is looking for an Assistant Controller to help support the company’s accounting and financial activities. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORUNITY for the right person at 70K/yr.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- 4-year Undergraduate Degree Required
- MBA a plus
- 4 to 6 years related experience
- Required 2 to 4 years as an auditor
- Strong system skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate
- Strong detail to attention and work ethic
- Ability to process improvements
- Ability and desire to take action
- Problem solving skills
- Leadership skills
- Six Sigma Black or Green Belt is a plus
- Team- Oriented with demonstrated ability to work effectively at fast pace
- Operational mindset
- Effective oral and written communication skills
The hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5pm.
Candidates will need to be able to pass a background check and drug test.
