What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at Mancan?

An international leader in disaster mitigation seeks a Second Responder to provide water, fire, and trauma disaster restoration care. If you are highly motivated to serve others, compassionate and skilled in customer communications, this may be your opportunity. Qualified candidates will be able to lift up to 25 lbs., able to work well with others, have a valid driver's license, and no felonies. No experience is necessary but related job experience and professional certifications are a bonus.
Hours are 7:30 AM- Typically 5 PM Mon-Fri but can change anytime. You will be included on the after hours/weekends on-call schedule which alternates weekly (approximately every 4-6 weeks).
You will use company vehicles for transportation to and from job sites.
Work involves: Structure cleaning after fires, lifting furniture, demolition, water restoration, residential cleaning, insulation removal, duct cleaning, etc.
Eligible for full time hire after 160 days.
