Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Pay: $17 per hour
**Job Description:**
Are you a skilled CNC Lathe Operator with a passion for precision machining? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual like you to join our team in Shreve, Ohio. This is a temp-to-hire position based on attendance, performance, and attitude, offering 40 hours per week with a pay rate of $15. A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
**Responsibilities:**
- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts and components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures for each job.
- Monitor machine operations to maintain quality and productivity.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure precise cuts and measurements.
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC lathes to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
- Familiarity with various cutting tools, materials, and machining processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain tight tolerances.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
