What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at Mancan?
Mancan Staffing is hiring an inside salesperson for a local service facility. This is a full time temp to perm position paying $50k salary plus bonuses to start. This job includes taking responsibility for quoting activity, vendor relationships, ordering parts, and supporting Outside Sales.
• Must be able to work independently and respond to all activity in a quick and timely manner
• Aptitude to read through multi-page RFQ’s
• Ability to research companies to source suppliers
• Excellent communication and written skills required; to include preparation of professional business like quotations and professional written responses to vendors
• Review and revise outside salesperson’s quotations for errors, recommended changes and point out possible problem areas
• Computer skills required
• Communication skills a must; ability to build relationships quickly with both customers and vendors.
• Training will be provided to learn the company/operations system, grasp basic product terminology, and overall operations of the business.
