Join our team as a 2nd Shift Rubber End of the Line Inspector and play a vital role in the production of rubber products. In this position, you will be responsible to read tests and confirm they are in spec. Place rubber in boxes properly and get it ready to ship. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment will contribute to our team's success.
Training on 1st shift is REQUIRED for several Weeks
Shift:
Training Monday-Friday 6:30a-4:30p
2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm)
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay: $35,000- 40,000 a year!
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute rubber mixing, compounding, and milling operations following established procedures and guidelines.
- Accurately weigh out materials and ingredients for production batches.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth production flow and product quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Preferred prior experience in rubber mixing, compounding, or related manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, during peak production periods.
- Willingness to complete training on the 1st shift as needed.
