What are the responsibilities and job description for the Picker Packer position at Mancan?
A Middlefield company that creates custom fans and impellers is looking for warehouse workers to pick parts on first shift! This position is full-time at 50 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 6am until 4:30pm with a starting pay of $18 per hour. There is a 30-minute unpaid lunch and voluntary overtime is offered (although once hired, any overtime and changes to hours specified by the company will be mandatory).
This is a temp-to-hire position that will require candidates to use hand tools and pay close attention to detail. Basic math knowledge and general industrial experience is preferred. Candidates must also be able to think on their feet, carry and move boxes up to 50 pounds, reach, stand on their feet all day, pick items, work with plastic, and work in a fast paced environment.
