Mancan is working with a company in Millersburg seeking an experienced painter. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance. Hours are 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday. Pay is based upon experience, $19-$20 per hour.
The ideal candidate will have a proficient understanding of spray painting techniques and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes on our wood products.

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers or sealants.
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are maintained while working with paints, stains, and other finishing materials.
- Inspect finished products to verify adherence to quality standards and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient workflow and ensure safety.
- Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in a wood finishing or woodworking environment.
- Proficiency in operating spray guns and related equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Understanding of safety protocols and practices related to painting and finishing processes.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
