Change Management Specialist - Compliance Team

- This position is responsible for oversight of the firms change management program to ensure all regulatory, procedural, and client-based requirements are reviewed, documented and successfully implemented in a timely manner. This position will work closely with compliance, department managers, legal and IT departments as well as client relationship managers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct preliminary change impact assessments
- Schedule and facilitate weekly Change Management meetings with key stakeholders to gather and report feedback and gather and adjust plans
- Coordinating project work, which includes entering and maintaining all project documentation within the firms project management software
- Create and monitor status reports
- Develop work plans with appropriate tasks and milestones and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and performs special projects as required.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently to drive results and collaborates with team members.
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, clients, etc.
- Track follow-ups, ensuring that the teams adhere to the change management approach and expectations
- Perform testing to evidence implementation of changes when required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work preferred
- Prior law firm experience and/or knowledge of the legal and collections industry preferred
- Highly detail oriented, analytical and have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Adapts well to fast-paced and changing environment and able to successfully oversee the standards of multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders and team members, including clients and senior firm executives
- Ability to identify issues and properly document them, including creating and developing testing to evidence implementation of changes
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- College degree preferred
- Ability to work independently and produce high quality deliverables
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills, and ability to adapt quickly to change environments and balance a varied workload
