Job Description
Mandiant’s Special Program’s team is looking for an experienced full-stack software engineer to assist with the development of innovative technologies. You will be in a fast-paced environment working as part of a small team that strives to produce quality deliverables in a timely manner.
As a full-stack engineer you will do the following:
- Build an innovative real-time, web-based Command and Control (C2) platform for controlling implants and repurposed malware
- Design and implement new User Interface components
- Contribute to Cyber Range and Deception Capabilities
- Help productionize services written by another team
- Work with customers and stakeholders to build a world-class cyber operations platform used by Red Teams and Training/Education
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Go, Python, and TypeScript
- Understanding of container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes
- Experience with Single Page Application’s written in Vue.js
- Automated Cloud Infrastructure Experience (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
- Solid understanding of containerized CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with large scale and highly-performant solutions
- Experience with WebSocket’s or Server Sent Events
- Familiarity with Real Time messaging: NATS, RabbitMQ
- Solid understanding of security best practices relating to public-facing APIs and Services
- Ability to write unit and integration tests as part of software deliverables
- Working knowledge of Git

- Experience in Malware/Reverse Engineering
- Experience working with large code bases
