About the role
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be involved in shaping the company’s team, and thus future. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for building ongoing talent pipelines for a range of specialist roles, both technical & non technical. You will implement proactive sourcing strategies, and develop a deep understanding of the skills and backgrounds desired for each role. The Sourcer will also engage with senior stakeholders, maintain the internal recruitment database, and support the end-to-end hiring process, as well as speaking to prospective candidates as necessary This opportunity offers a chance to play a crucial role in supporting the company's continued growth and success.
You will be responsible for
- Creating sourcing strategy across technical & non technical positions within the business. Leveraging multiple recruiting tools, sources, and Internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates
- Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates. Directly sourcing prospective candidates for anticipated needs
- Conducting research to understand target markets and companies
- Working with the Talent Acquisition Partners to establish sourcing metrics and messaging
- Maintaining recruitment databases by inputting accurate data
- Staying up to date on competitive market trends, employment websites, and research
Requirements for the role
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing candidates and networking
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through networking, relationship building, complex Internet searches, and research
- Proven experience communicating employer value proposition, and converting passive prospects into active candidates and hires
- Passion for excellent candidate experience, and focus on Diversity & Inclusion in candidate pools
- Ability to compose compelling outreach messages
- Detail-oriented, with good record-keeping skills
- Superb qualitative research skills, and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
- Self-starter, who can work autonomously, and align the best calibre candidates with the right role
