Manhattan Associates' Marketing Team is seeking aSenior Campaign Marketing Manager who will develop, implement and optimize industry and solution-specific marketing and ABM strategies and campaigns, collaborating closely with your sales counterparts in order to drive pipeline within Manhattan's Omnichannel Retail solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Generate leads by creating integrated marketing campaigns that leverage tactics such as - email (drip & nurture), advertising, social, events, trade shows, etc.
- Drive ABM strategies and manage digital agency relationship to develop, maintain and grow digital buyer journeys
- Develop Always On as well as Targeted Outbound campaigns.
- Build buyer-personas (with Product Marketing), audience segment profiles, account and contact lists for effective campaign targeting
- Analyze, measure and report-weekly, monthly, & quarterly-on effectiveness of campaigns and impact on sales cycles. Must be skilled at using campaign analytics to optimize advertising, offers, landing pages and CTAs.
- Recommend new ideas and implement fresh approaches for creatively marketing and positioning Manhattan solutions
- Cultivate positive, collaborative relationships with product and sales owners
- Gain deep understanding of Manhattan's product and solution suites, apply market research and competitive intelligence position solutions and develop campaigns
- Develop campaign positioning, write campaign persona-based messaging and copy to differentiate Manhattan's solutions
- Management of end-to-end campaigns and overseeing all aspects of campaign follow-up (via Market Development or other resources)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 5 years experience in B2B marketing and/or in a field marketing role with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing and ABM.
- Experience marketing enterprise cloud-based retail software.
- Demonstrated track record in driving pipeline through marketing execution and industry thought leadership, preferably to a global customer base.
- Savvy about deploying the right media mix that produces results.
- Results oriented: ability to track results, derive actionable insights from resulting data, quantify meaningful impact.
- Experience managing/owning a pipeline and presenting results, challenges and opportunities to a large group of stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing technology, such as Salesforce and ABM platforms such as Demandbase
- Must be an excellent team player who is dependable, confident, committed, flexible, innovative, and detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to influence stakeholders outside of Field Marketing team.
- Agency experience a plus
- Experience working with cross-functional and virtual teams.
- Strong project management skills a must.
