Quality Engineer
As a Quality Engineer with Manitou/BRP at our Lansing, MI location, your responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Represent Manufacturing Quality as part of the Operations team
Lead cross-functional review of process potential failure modes and effects analysis (process PFMEA)
Deliver on new product development (NPD) Quality responsibilities
Participate in engineering change notice (ECN) process readiness and audits
Develop and Monitor statistical process control (SPC) and facilitate correction when appropriate
Facilitate containment, problem analysis, and corrective action for issues
Report metrics and facilitate actions to address gaps
Complete assigned actions to support strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
1. A High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, or an Associate's Degree along with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quality Engineer.
2. ISO 9001 or 10012 experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Green Belt/Six sigma certification
3. Experience in Minitab
4. Visio and MS Project software
5. Ability to work independently
Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
