What are the responsibilities and job description for the Babysitter/Caregiver/Nanny position at Mann Household?
My 5-year-old is an amazing boy with autism (high functioning.) He is verbal & has a lot to say (extremely social) but has challenges with articulation. Looking for someone that will be helping/teaching him life & therapy skills that need to be taught. He is bright, funny, high energy, & creative. He loves to play with legos, puzzles and anything to do with building. He loves gross motor play; swimming, jumping on the trampoline, going to Sky Zone, etc. I need you to be reliable, extremely patient, excellent with behavior management, a fast learner, organized, & wanting to work long term (1 year minimum.) You will need to have a car. I will need you to take him out into the community.
The hours I need for my son are Monday and Wednesday 4:30PM-8:00PM and every other Sunday 10:45AM-7:30PM. Experience with children with autism preferred. This looks great on an education, sped, speech, OT, PT, or ABA resume (I have lots of connections in these fields.) $18 an hour & located near Mayo hospital.
