Personal Injury Case Manager Pre-Litigation

Mann Law Group's growing personal injury team is looking for a Case Manager to enhance the quality of our clients' experience with our office, and act as a knowledgable resource for all aspects of a personal injury case.

Case managers will have access to multiple legal assistants for help with all aspects of personal injury case management. Case Manager duties include:

• Handling all aspects of pre-litigation files
• Conducting new client intakes
• Assisting with clients' property damage
• Communicating with client’s and medical providers
• Advising in regards to medical care options available to clients
• Explaining personal injury procedures and related documentation to clients
• Monitoring case statuses and reviewing medical records

Qualifications:

• Being an all around warm and friendly person is of the utmost importance in our firm
• Prior Personal Injury case management experience is mandatory, we do not micromanage!
• Bilingual preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of case management principles
• Effective communication skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Hours will range from 35-40 hours depending on candidate preference
