Pay Range: $50 - $53
What's the Job?
- Develop novel process/tooling concepts and evaluate based on manufacturing KPIs
- Lead evaluation of scale-up options, selection, and implementation through sub-projects and updates
- Interface with Operations on plant layout, resources, and start-up milestones
- Develop documentation to support new/improved process scale-up
- Design, assemble, and test semi-automated and automated tooling for process improvement or new projects
- Evaluate new product/process proposals and provide recommendations on scope and timing
- Participate or lead process implementation through validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ/PQ)
- Develop project plans, cost estimates, schedules, and resource requirements
- Support customer quotations for new/changed products/processes
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, yield, and costs
- Support preparation of technical sections for grants, patents, and regulatory filings
- Lead Management of Change (MOC) review process, participate in HAZOP and PSA teams, lead Machinery Safety Assessment (MSA)
- Assist in preparing technical sections of regulatory documents (FDA 510k, IDE, PMA, CE), grants, and patent filings

- Strong background in validation processes
- Proficiency in CAD software
