Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Asset Manager  to join our team . This position is based out of Research Triangle Park, NC.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Computer and Information Systems Manager - Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
- Manages a team of configuration managers, providing standards, guidance, and subject matter expertise.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining configuration management tools and supporting configuration identification, control, reporting, release and delivery of products and systems
- Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new product operating parameters are documented, comply with standards and are logistically sustainable
- Responsible for designing, developing, automating, and maintaining productivity tools
- Design and implement build procedures to aid in product creation and use. The development of internal configuration standards and training others to use configuration management tools may also be required
- Maintain and update processes and procedures to support the software build process
- Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance business performance
- Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customer and changing business needs
- Comply with all customer policies and procedures
- Creates and maintains CM process, best practice, and policy documents to ensure CM rigor and improve efficiency
- Coordinates, records, and documents activities of the Configuration Control Board (CCB)
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience. An additional four (4) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- An Associate’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree

Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
