ManTech is seeking a forward looking and talented Contract Data Management Specialist to join our team in execution of an effective and comprehensive Contract Data Management program for the Air Force Launch Enterprise at the Los Angeles Air Force base in El Segundo, California. Responsibilities: * Understand and Establish Contractual DD Form 1423 requirements levied on contract providers. * Proactive engagement of all Data Item Stakeholders to ensure in time evaluation and response.
* Construct automated tracking of Contract deliverables upon receipt and distribute to designated Government reviewers. * Acquire and distribute Contract Data Items from contractors to proper evaluators
* Track all movement of Contractual Data Deliverables from Delivery, through Review, and final delivery to the Contracting Officer notification to delivering Contractors. * Capture and package required responses and respond to Contracting Officer of Data determinations * Knowledge of Contract Data Management Tools / Best Practices and industry trends
* Evaluates suggested Government data management tools and standards * Maintain DM status accounting databases * Operate and manage program support library and Engineering repository Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or in a STEM discipline * Minimum of 10 years of experience in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering in relevant fields of Data Management and/or Configuration Management, respectively. * Active Secret or Top Secret clearance SCI eligible (position dependent) * Proficiency with MS Office products to include Word, Powerpoint and Excel * Proficiency in online data management and repository tolls Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Air Force requirements for data management required. * Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence highly desired. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time .
