What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Manufacturing Inc?
We are looking for a skilled assembler to join a fun and supportive production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling components and a strong understanding of electronic systems.
As an Assembler you will be responsible for assembling testing and troubleshooting electronic products to ensure they meet our highquality standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Read and interpret electronic schematics blueprints and work instructions to assemble electronic components accurately
Use hand and power tools to solder crimp and connect electronic parts
Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions in electronic systems
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and troubleshoot issues
Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations at all times
Skills / Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 years of experience in electronic assembly or a related field
Strong understanding of electronic systems and components
Proficient in using hand and power tools for assembly and repair
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and blueprints
Detailoriented with excellent handeye coordination
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot electronic systems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
