Job Posting for Industrial Maintenance Manager at Manufacturing Plant

All American Poly is seeking a talented Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities at its Corporate plastics manufacturing facility located in Piscataway, NJ. This role will work closely directing the activities of the Maintenance Department, Technicians and Parts Coordinator ensuring that plant facilities and equipment are properly maintained to maximize production uptimes. Successful candidates will:

  • possess a BS Engineering or related, relevant experience. Plastics Flexible Packaging a plus.
  • have 3-5 years’ experience in plant preventative, breakdown, and project maintenance management
  • have a working knowledge of all industrial maintenance disciplines and good computer skills
  • lead, motivate and follow-up on direct and indirect reports to create a team working environment.
  • be highly organized, able to plan, direct and administer work efforts using a CMMS (FIIX)
  • communicate professionally and effectively at all levels within the organization to accomplish objectives

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
  • Maintenance management: 1 year (Required)
  • CMMS: 1 year (Preferred)
