The Lead Reporting Data Analyst is responsible for supporting various areas of the organization by providing internal/external reports, ad-hoc data queries and proactive analysis to help the leadership team improve decision-making.  This will include, but is not limited to providing analysis for assist sales team, client engagement, clinic operations, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for internal reporting as well as ad-hoc data queries and proactive analysis to help leadership team improve decision-making.
  • Gather, manage and synthesize large amounts of information effectively and creatively.
  • Generate quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports for clients.
  • Analyze medical claims data and provide recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Analyze external/internal clinical data and provide recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all clients and their individual reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to pull together most recent data from data warehouse.
  • Collaborate with Creative Specialist to ensure reports and presentations are visually appealing.
  • Document process flows and create standard operation procedures for reporting.
  • Provide data and thorough project recommendations to drive client satisfaction.
  • Manages Marathon Health’s eligibility process.
  • Leads the strategy for Marathon Health’s self-service analytics and works collaboratively with all team members to deliver on Marathon Health’s reporting goals.
  • Ensures consistency in Marathon Health’s reporting products.
  • Works with all areas of Marathon Health’s to ensure democratization of reporting products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in related technical field.
  • 2 years of statistical modeling or equivalent in answering business questions.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Highly proficient with Business Intelligence tools.
  • Tableau experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of programming language or use of other statistical languages preferred.

Marathon Health COVID-19 Testing & Vaccination Policy

  • As of October 4, 2021, Marathon Health will require all employees (excluding PRN employees) to obtain and provide the results of a weekly COVID-19 test for each week during which they are scheduled to work, unless they have provided proof of vaccination. COVID-19 vaccinated employees will not require weekly testing as long as they submit their vaccination records.
  • Per state laws in California, New York, Washington and Oregon, all employees working in our health centers in those states must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.
