Our growing Information Technology staffing company is looking for an Account Executive who aligns with our vision of engaging with the community to serve as a trusted advisor and ensure everlasting connection.

This role will be responsible for establishing new customer relationships, as well as maintaining and growing business. You will be expected to successfully source prospective clients and consult to learn about their IT staffing needs for careers including but not limited to Software Developers, IT Project Managers, Systems and Network Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts, and IT Help Desk. You will be integral to our in-house business development strategy and have the ability to advance your career. Expertise in interfacing with hiring managers and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles is a must have.
In this role, you will…
- Have 2-4 years of sales and business development experience in the information technology staffing industry
- Acquire, maintain, and increase IT staffing business
- Work with the leadership team to develop territory and account plans - including definition, strategy, targeted contacts, competitive intelligence, trends, and goals
- Create prospecting and outreach plans utilizing lead development and management, call management, and appointment setting skills
- Qualify opportunities through consultative interactions with prospective clients
- Build and nurture long term, sustainable relationships
- Work to deepen professional relationships by executing tasks such as cold calling, email marketing, appointment setting, event networking, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and consultants in line with our high touch and engaged culture
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that articulate FIT Staffing’s value proposition
- Share insights with the recruiting team to empower them to find quality candidates in line with client expectations
- Be comfortable with working from home and also within driving distance of Springfield MA for team meetings
