Job Description
Marathon TS is seeking a talented Data Management Specialist preferably with experience in TRIRIGA. This positionn is located on Lackland Airforce Base and requires a clearable U.S. citizen.
SUMMARY
You'll be supporting Marathon TS's client by researching, analyzing and developing recommendations for the most efficient operation, maintenance and repair of facilities across Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Personnel will contribute to JBSA's mission by inputting, updating, integrating, and maintaining data in their Enterprise Business Systems including TRIRIGA and BUILDERTM Sustainment Managemet Systems. Personnel will utilize MS Access, MS Excel and other related database tools and programs to integrate information from TRIRIGA, BUILDERTM, and other enterprise sources. Duties will include data entry, data analysis, data quality assurance, data quality control, and data integration in support of the 502 CEG mission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive, process, conduct data entry, data analysis, data quality assurance, data quality control, and data integration of Real Property and facility operations data in MS Access and the Air Force's Enterprise Business System (EBS)
• Prepare reports and presentations in support of customer objectives
• Assist in data analysis to form the bases of recommendations for facility investment strategies
• Prepares reports and presentations for submission to Higher Headquarter under strict timeline
• Review and analyze EBS data for accuracy
• Performs record management and archiving duties as needed
• Provide facility reports, customer service documentation and other supporting documents
• Interact with 502 CEG personnel, facility managers, customers, and other stakeholders
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
No supervisory or management authority
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirement is an Associate degree Skilled at utilizing MS Access, TRIRIGA, BUILDER Sustainment Management Systems, and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Minimum of 5-years experience in data entry and management
• Experience with managing data, data analysis or data quality assurance, including moderate experience transforming data into reports through use of pivot tables and other data compilation techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Access and Excel.
• Experience with MS SQL
• Experience with Air Force Civil Engineer operations is highly desirable
• Ability to research requests, identifies and trouble shoot possible problems
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have ability to provide excellent customer service.
