What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Associates position at Marathon?
Marathon is seeking 20 reliable candidates for 1st and 2nd Shift, Associate Assembly positions available in Lake City, PA!!
Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
- Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
- Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
- Keep records of production quantities and time
- Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
Requirements include, but may not be limited to:
- Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be an American Citizen or Permanent resident to comply with ITAR
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays may be required!
Pay rate is $15.00 to $16.50 per hour to start! Pay increase and great benefits upon full time hire!!
