Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for providing support with a focus on talent acquisition to include sourcing, screening, interviewing to full cycle completion to hire.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for all roles across Maravai LifeSciences
- Support our Recruiting team throughout the whole recruitment process (sourcing-initial outreach, assist as needed with scheduling interviews)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years' experience with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent HR/business experience
- HR certificate a plus
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of recruitment processes and advertising
- Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
- Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with all levels of the organization
- Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new laws and their effect on the businesses
- Must be a self-starter, detailed oriented, excellent organizational skills, outgoing and flexible
