The compensation for this position ranges from $17 to $18 per hour plus commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations
- Coach and develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor
- Drive your own percentage of sales
- Train all POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed
- Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager
- 2 years retail experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Customer service skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
