What You'll Do

User Experience Design

• Enhance UX Across Platforms: Update and refine user interfaces to align with new brand standards and improve overall user experience.
• Implement New Themes: Update our design assets to reference new theme variables (tokens) and ensure consistency across products.
• Develop Reusable Components: Create and optimize UI elements like buttons, forms, and other components that adhere to updated brand guidelines.
• Optimize Efficiency: Restructure or consolidate design elements to support variables and improve designer efficiency.
  
  

Collaboration & Innovation

• Team Collaboration: Work as part of the UX team and the brand team to ensure cohesive implementation.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and improve design workflows and systems.
• Quality Assurance: Review and test designs to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  
  

Independent & Team Work

• Work Autonomously: Manage tasks independently while effectively collaborating with the team.
• Problem Solving: Bring structure to complex design challenges with your renowned attention to detail and impeccable design skills.
• Accessibility Focus: Apply Accessibility best practices (WCAG) in all design work to ensure inclusivity.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in UX design with a focus on design systems and user experience.
  
  

Skills

• Figma Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and other library features.
• UX Proficiency: Proven experience in enhancing user experiences across global, multi-channel platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Renowned for meticulous attention to detail and impeccable design skills.
• Problem Structuring: Ability to structure and solve complex design challenges.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Accessibility Standards: Experience applying Accessibility best practices (WCAG).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (nice to have).
• Token Studio Experience: Familiarity with Token Studio is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Experience: 5 years of UX design experience.
• Design Systems Focus: 2 years specifically working with design systems.
• Figma Mastery: Over 3 years of experience developing and managing design systems in Figma.
