Marcum Search has been engaged by our client, located in Brooklyn to be the recruiter for their Controller position. This person will be hands on with the strategic vision of the company, oversee transactional accounting, oversee and be hands on with general ledger maintenance, responsible for reconciling balance sheet accounts, preparing analysis and presentation of the financials, dashboard. This is a key position for someone who is excited about a challenge, working with the C-Suite executives and growing with a visionary CEO. The position is hands on, managerial and strategic. It is a very exciting opportunity.
Requirements:- Bachelors’ degree. CPA, preferred.
- 10+ years in general accounting experience
- Advanced technical knowledge of accounting..
- Strong Excel and computer skills.
