Title: Property Care Admin

Location: Bridgehampton, NY

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000

We are Marders. one of the most multi-faceted businesses on the East End of Long Island. At Marders we don’t just plant trees. We design, build and maintain landscapes that fit individuals and that enhance their properties. Our garden store supplies and sells special products for home and garden, along with a vast variety of above-ground plants that are always available at our 18-acre main property.

At Marders, you will surround yourself with others who are passionate about landscapes as well as about the quality of the lifestyles that are created within and around them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining and expand property care and landscaping schedules
  • Prepare detailed reports
  • Provide schedule support for project teams and managers
  • Assist in project scheduling development, performance reporting, project management assistance
  • Assist with documentation and interactions with the project managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in the Landscaping, Property Care or Construction industry
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Scheduling or office management
  • Must have attention to detail and be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must have excel experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
