Office Manager
Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of an automotive accounting office
- Organize and maintain employee files and records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the training and development of office staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage a team of office staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure a productive work environment
-Daily bank reconciliations, bank deposits, maintaining accounting schedules to ensure accuracy
Skills:
- Proven experience in management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
