Replenishment Clerk
Primary Objective
Responsible for demonstrating a love of food and passion for people that includes incredible Customer Service and performance excellence through department knowledge and technical expertise. As a Replenishment member, the
Replenishment Clerk promotes and delivers a shopping experience focused on providing customers the level of service to which we have publicly committed by providing efficient service through hands-on knowledge of packaged, refrigerated, frozen and dry products. The Replenishment Clerk adheres to organizational procedures, policies and systems including food quality standards and food safety and sanitation guidelines. The Replenishment
Clerk is focused on driving sales through suggestive selling and promoting sales events.

Functional Requirements:

- Physical Skills – Frequent - ability to lift/carry 6 to 72 lbs., push/pull 300 to 2500 lbs., kneeling, squatting, turning, standing, reaching, bending. Use of pallet jack, hand jack, power jack, flatbed, box cutter, compactor, intercom system
- Physical – Occasional – lifting/carrying more than 72 lbs., equipment operation (fork lift, scrubber, mop, broom) crawling, climbing ladders, walking on uneven ground, working above floor level,
- Education or Experience – Minimum High school education or currently enrolled
- Environmental – Exposure to colder temperatures – Coolers and Freezers (-20 to 40 degrees)
- Performs cutting and sorting of stock loads
