*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a cannabis dispensary setting.
*Duties*
- Greet and assist customers in selecting cannabis products
- Provide detailed information about different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately on the POS System
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the dispensary
- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Upsell products to increase sales and customer satisfaction
*Qualifications*
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $14.70 - $15.00 per hour
