A higher wage would only be offered based on direct court related or legal experience (i.e. such as that with a law firm). The position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek. Job Type Unclassified Department Clerk of the Superior Court About the Position The Court Operations Auditor assists the Clerk of the Superior Court in the training of Docket staff as well as ensuring that all documents are filed accurately and docketed onto the automated court system, which will provide the public, the legal community, Courts, County, and other governmental agencies with access to the judicial system and related public records so that they can pursue legal processes and/or obtain and maintain legal and financial records and information.
